Resin Bound Paving - Hand trowelling - Pebbleset Resin Bound Surfacing

This method relies on the aggregate and the resin being agitated together in mixer then spread over the prepared base with hand floats, screeding bars and trowels. This type of work generally ensures an adequate thickness of a minimum of 16mm is applied to the entire area and is a fairly common method of application.

This application can be applied to tree pit areas, seating areas, driveways etc.

Wetpour Safety Surface

Our wetpour impact absorbing surface is designed to offer maximum safety performance with durability and cost effectiveness.

The surface construction is formulated from rubber granules and polyurethane binders. The surface consists of two layers: a base layer of coarse black granules made from recycled tyre rubber, and a coloured top layer of much finer rubber granules. This surface provides the following benefits:

  • Impact absorbing

  • Continuous seamless surface

  • Fast draining

  • Year round use

  • Wheelchair friendly

  • Durable

  • Maintenance free

  •

Wetpour safety surface provides a strong and durable surface which retains its properties over many years, standing up to the hardest use.

Our surfaces can be laid as part of a new construction, usually be laid onto a dynamic crushed stone layer. It can also be laid onto existing hard surfaces.
